What is the minimum contract period?
If you decide to cancel your Moddule subscription, you will only pay until the end of your billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will continue to have access to Moddule through the end of the billing period.

How does the free trial work?
We offer a free trial for our Starter plan. When you sign up we'll ask for your personal and company information (no credit card details needed) to start your free 30-day trial. After your free trial ends, you'll lose access to the platform. To continue using the shipment tracking functionality, you can sign-up as a customer before your free trial ends.
What happens after I've reached my limit of tracked air and ocean shipments?
If you need to track more air and ocean freight shipments per month, you can increase your volume of tracked shipments for an additional cost. The number of shipments is charged based on a tiered system, so you can buy 50, 100, 200 shipments per month, or more.
